Maps are crucial to research within human geography as they provide information. The use of both physical map and geographical information enables geographers to give visual evidence.The students searched for different kind of geographical regions of India and UK. They also made school map using map legends. Students were guided to locate and study different geographical features assigned to them under supervision. This developed the skill of locating different places of interest. The comparative study between satellite picture and map helped them to enhance their knowledge of maps. The students were guided to record the respective conclusions of their research and study in their notebooks.
